Samsung has just started rolling out the stable One UI 9 to the Galaxy S26 models in the US. Recently the Galaxy S26 series received the stable update in South Korea only, and now the One UI 9 stable software is started to expanding in other regions.
In the US the firmware is currently released for carrier-locked units of the S26 series. More specifically, it is spotted on the T-Mobile network carrier.
Users are receiving the One UI 9 update with build versions S942USQU4BZID, S947USQU4BZID, and S948USQU4BZID for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The firmware is being rolled out with an OTA file size of around 4.2 GB for non-beta users.
The One UI 9 adds a host of Galaxy AI capabilities, including features like My FanCam, Now Nudge, and Call Brief. It introduces subtle redesigns of the Quick Panel and Layout. The One UI 9 also brings enhanced device security features.

Following the One UI 9 release, now these latest flagships are ready to experience One UI 9.5 software in the coming months. Reportedly, Samsung has already started the One UI 9.5 firmware internal testing for the Galaxy S26 series models (S26 FE too).
