Vivo has officially confirmed and set to launch its new Vivo V80 smartphone in India on October 6 at 12 PM. Additionally, the brand has also tested many specifications of the handset so far.
Vivo has revealed most of the key specifications except the chipset. It features a 6.59″ 1.5K OLED display and supports 5,000 nits peak brightness along with a 144 Hz refresh rate.
The Vivo V80 will be shipped with Android 17-based OriginOS 7. The brand is also committed to offering long-term software support with up to six years of security updates.
It comes with triple rear cameras and one selfie shorter, all co-developed with ZEISS. The rear cameras include a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP night telephoto sensor, and an ultra-wide sensor. On the front the phone offers a 50 MP camera sensor.
The phone is equipped with a massive 7,200 mAh battery with 90W charging support. The phone will be available in three color options, including Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue, and Stellar Black.
All the specific storage variants and pricing will be unveiled on the October 6 launch.
